Refinance Mortgages: $475, $678, $633, $833, or $999 monthly payment based on a $150,000, $175,000, $200,000, $250,000, or $300,000 loan amount with a start rate of 1.25% fixed for the first 30 days with a fixed payment option for the first 12 months. Terms of payment are based on a margin of 3.0% plus the twelve-month average of monthly yields on actively traded United States Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year. APR of 7.909% and payment is based on a 30-year term at 1.25%, and may change if the index adjusts after the first 30 days. If minimum payment option is selected, deferred interest may accrue.
Home Equity Loans: $175.70 or $224.63 monthly payment option based on a $35,000 or $45,000 Home Equity Line of Credit with a three month introductory rate of 5.99% and 7.25% APR. Following the first three monthly billing periods, the minimum monthly payment is $211.46 or $271.87 and is an interest only payment that changes based on the outstanding balance and variable rate for the remainder draw period. After the draw period, the remaining balance converts to a principal and variable interest payment, which is paid off over 10 years. Rate is variable and subject to change daily without notice.
